Jake, you were a little hero who brought so much joy, love, and laughter to everyone who knew you. Our Sunday’s watching the bands and seeing you dance the afternoon away were always the highlight of the summer months. Your time here was far too short, but your light will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of your mummy, daddy, sisters, and everyone who loved you. You will never be forgotten 💙 X
